Technical Communication for Engineers
A half-day workshop on presenting designs, running design reviews, and explaining trade-offs to people who don't share your spreadsheets.

$2,500 for up to 15 participants

- Half day, about 3.5 hours

- Up to 15 participants
- Format
- Short teaching, then practice on real work
Good engineers lose arguments they should win because the analysis is buried in slide twelve. General presentation courses don't help much, because they're about speaking style, not about how to show a tolerance stack-up, a failure analysis, or a cost trade-off so a room can decide.
This workshop is built for engineers. Participants bring a real design, review, or report they're working on, and most of the session is spent reworking and presenting it, with feedback.
Training is led by Zeeshan Saiyed, a Georgia Tech mechanical engineer (BS and MS, high honors) with more than 8 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies designing components and creating their drawings to the latest GD&T standards.

Frequently asked questions
What should participants bring?
A real design, analysis, or report they're working on, a few slides or a single page is enough. If something is confidential, a simplified version works.
Is this public speaking training?
Partly, but the focus is on content: what to show, in what order, and how to handle questions in a technical review.
Can it run online?
Yes. The half-day workshop works live online, with participants presenting on screen.
Can we combine it with GD&T training?
Yes. Booked together, the second session is 10% off.
How do payment and scheduling work?
A 50% deposit holds the date, and the balance is invoiced net 30. Purchase orders are accepted, and you can reschedule free up to 14 days before.
